Well, it's Miller's. And certain European geographical appellations enforce these restrictions through, I think, the European Union. Not just wine, but products like olive oil, cheese, balsamic and other artisanal items.

Hey, I'm old enough to remember Gallo labeling jug wine as 'burgundy' and 'chablis'. That would definitely give any region a bad name.
