Best QBs to Play in Dome

I thought glen foley would be the next Marino after destroying us. Based on performances against us, I thought foley would be hall of fame and bulger from wvu would stink. Hill from Tulane is still chucking completions to jajuan Dawson, I think. Thank god for tebucky.

I think Shaun King of Tulane had a monster game against us - until Tebucky returned an INT I think for 95 yards?

I'll just add another name - didn't have a great game and wasn't the best ever, but he led his team to an undefeated season (later) and played in the NFL

- Jason Campbell, Auburn. James Mungro had a big game that day

Todd Blackledge of PSU had a big game in '81 but it was overshadowed by Curt Warner's 281 yds rushing.

jamie barnett nc state 1997 ,major harris and for my cuse qb marvin graves

I thought Nassibs performance against NW in the heart breaking opener in 2012 was pretty good. 45-66 for 482 4 tds.

Glen Foley 1993 is one of the best opponent days I've ever seen in the Dome. Ken Dorsey seemed to have a couple of field days in there, 2000 and 2002.

Here's the list of best qb ratings in a game by an opponent at Syracuse (or Met Life, I guess) since 2000. Narrowed down to players with 15 or more passes. Tajh Boyd had the best. The Akron guy is 7th. Unbelievable

Syracuse had a 99 QB rating last year for the whole year. 68 out of 85 of those quarterbacks bested that in their games here

That's only since 2000...hardly our best decade and plenty of good/better competitor QBs before that. Of the post 2000 list (competitors), I'd go with Bridgewater who was way down on the list. Boyd had a great day, sure... but he had a supporting cast responsible for that.

Didn't Boomer Esiason play here in 1982? I remember going to it but cant exactly remember the year.

that's why i pointed out it was since 2000

That loss at home to Akron by 2 TD's was the absolute basement floor for this program. Flat lined.

I thought I saw new glaciers forming when I walked outside that day.
