I can understand Palmer going back to her home state. Looks like Rutgers who have been losing some recruiting wars with SU has poached Gibson - probably offering her more money than we could. Plus with Vivian Stringer, 67 years old, renowned coach who has struggled lately, I bet Gibson would love to be considered for that job when she steps down. (which should be sooner than later) Uggh. She really raised Syracuse's recruiting.

I believe Q has taken this program as far as he can. I think a change is needed while the program still has the perception of moving upward. I think if Q stays on, we will start to fall back in another year or two.
