Launching the FMT 50-50 raffle today. We'll have a couple of folks circulating selling tickets - 1 for $2, 3 for $5, or 7 for $10. Proceeds will be used to buy some upgraded equipment for the Fine Mess Tailgate. Drawing will be held by 6:15. Must be present to win.

Very cool, I may stop by to meet some of you people. If I cannot find one in the lot, I assume I could just walk up to the ticket office?
I'm making a 2 hour drive to the game and have never gone to a sporting event without a ticket in hand (So I am a bit nervous)
Also, is there a map/address where the tailgate is at? I am not too familiar with the Syracuse area.

Yes you would be able to get one at the box office but I am 99% sure you could find one in the lot. Are you familiar with the new law school and the dorms built below the dome? The fine lot is next door to the new law school dorms .

Thanks to all who were responsible for the tailgate party. it was my third counting the one in Tampa. Very friendly crowd. Suprisingly given some the haymakers thrown on this forum. My daughters boyfriend who wasnt particularly a SU fan was veryy impressed. Now all i have to do is get him to doate to Goodwill all his Duke paraphenalia!
Jesus those hot peppers were hot. Mrs. C was even gonna give me one of her beers as we sat in steamy secion 319. By halftime most of the seats in that section were empty. With the lead and the heat many must have gone to view second half somewhere where there was AC.
oh yeah and even as a newbie I missed the 50/50 by two numbers . Then I would have bought Mr and Mrs. Consiglier a beer instead.

Glad we made an impression on him! Now get him to the Dome for basketball. Nice getting to meet you though I'm glad things opened up and we could spread out a bit in the Dome. Maybe I'm just getting old but I can't recall a more uncomfortable night. I NEVER leave a game early but was starting to feel lightheaded in the 4th and had to call it a night.
BTW, I was busy doing some cleanup and didn't see who beat you out for the 50-50. Anyone know who the winner was?

Agree, outstanding job!! This was my second tailgate with the first being at FSU 2 years ago. Now that I am back in Syracuse after 25 years, I will be a regular at every home game. Great time!!
