Exactly...do all we can to make him not want to leave. I think an extension is not smart for either side at this point, but if Wildhack thinks this is the guy, we should be doing all we can to make him comfortable here and give him other perks (more control, incentives, staff increases, etc)...

When we have gone in the past, you just paid when you got to the lot. I doubt it's different this year, but i don't know for sure.
