Just make it a 2 year contract. Or even easier just go back to 1 “free” transfer every 2 seasons. Then you won’t see players transferring year to year. They need to add some teeth to the portal monster so there aren’t 2,000 players in it every year.

I want a tough team, mentally and physically. Up in your face defense. Banging down low for rebounds. I want teams to be like “oh sh*&t we gotta play these guys tonight”. Think Paul Harris even if he wasn’t a perfect fit for our system.

Excited to see some guys who buy into the team concept and aren’t all about self. We can definitely build a very respectable team. We aren’t Fairleigh Dickinson, we’re fricking Syracuse. We’ll get some good players that know their role and buy in to the team vision and concept and want to...

This one today feels extra special.

At the very minimum, which I’m sure has been stated many times, it’s great experience for a very young team. Some of this team will be staying. To turn down a post season opportunity is just crazy.
