If Dubar is an upgrade over Bell, especially with regard to rebounding/defense, then I would hope that the coaches wouldn’t hesitate to pursue with the intention to let the best players play. Anything less is a good way to have a short coaching career (as a P4 head coach at least).

Nice quick clip. In watching a bit of the Hudl, he looks to be a nice middle linebacker prospect (is that a thing in a 4-2-5?). Ratings don’t make sense for a kid with 120 tackles in his senior year, and those offers. I think he’s a take;-)

If you look at those rankings (one isolated year), the top 12 or so seem to be high P5 kids. If we can put ourselves in contention to get 5-8 kids per class out of Jersey, and they are made up mostly from that tier, we’ll be cooking:-)

Haven’t kept up with their roster. Pretty much plays all seniors and has a sophomore coming off the bench. Will be interesting if he can catch lightning via the transfer portal with more seasoned players.

His highlights were not jaw dropping. Not a ton of burst, did have good hands. Just shows how much work ethic, studying the game like a pro, and natural feel can outweigh the other stuff. Agree about Tucker as well, didn’t know he had the wheels to become a future pro.
