It is likely that Freeman is a 2 year guy which means no chance of starting and probably less PT in 25-26. So, portal to Duke for bigger NIL and see if a starting position is available the next year. If not, portal again for one in 25-26.

I still don't see where Maliq is going to get many shots from the perimeter. They have so many high level shooters on that team, it's going to put a lot of pressure on him when he does shoot.

Every player like Carey that is on a high level team and has struggled and can't get PT should drop to a level where they get the PT. That is the smartest choice for them to prove themselves.
