Orangetradition44 is dead on. We have our fair share of guys that are chatty. Our secondary in particular has guys that talk all game long. Personally I don't mind it.

I love the idea of PSU reducing the contact/tackling during the preseason. SU is going to give them hell for 60 minutes. Our run game is going to take this game over in the 2nd half. Lack of depth will be a factor for PSU.
