Your theories on goaltending techniques are outdated. Current techniques have goalies getting their bodies low and placing a knee or two on the ground to have as much surface area low to stop the ball. It goes against a lot of pre-covid teaching but it works.

The 18+ (Men and Women) was a separate tournament this year in Albany/Saratoga. It’s is correct you can only have 5 current players on a roster and they lost some other who were as interested in spending the weekend in Albany.

While I was rooting for Chrome and their upstate loaded roster, congrats to East Syracuse’s own, Jim Stagnitta on his second championship. Little know fact, after college Stags was the assistant coach at Bishop Ludden HS in Syracuse. Quite an ascension from that loft job.
