South Campus is definitely a big advantage, especially with the whole team down there. Idk if SU is going forward with the plan to ditch it in some capacity (I’ve been a bit out of the loop), but it’d be a mistake and a real hit to recruiting IMO

If this was a borderline kid, idk that they'd take him this early. Not like we've had a bunch of decommits and are scrambling to fill a class. He's probably a guy they really like.

Pay the coaches competitively

This year, I've discovered that the short side option is my second least favorite play in football. The least favorite, of course, is the pitch to your fullback on your own goal line.

I generally agree, Rhule's one of the only D guys I like. Turning Temple into what they are is no easy feat, and Northeastern ties and recruiting, while not the be all end all, are nice.

Edsall's very mediocre. I'd honestly rather roll the dice on Shafer. Not a big Shafer guy right now but he probably had a higher ceiling than Dancin' Randy, even if the floor's a by lower.

Don't agree on every individual guy (I have a man crush on Matt Rhule dating back to last year) but you're looking in the right places. If Syracuse acts like it deserves to be in the conversation with a potential hire, we'll be okay.

The fact that we were "supposed" to lose to a bottom half AAC team and one of the three worst ACC teams for like 5 years now is an issue.

We're gonna be way behind the Yankees out on the links. This trip to the World Series during a year we were executed to be a .500 team is hardly worth it.

There is a very good chance Dungey didn't entirely tell the truth. We just heard AJ say he did just that previously. And I get it, as a player you want to play. ...That being said, SU is as conservative as it gets with handling concussions, and rightfully so. I totally trust the medical staff...

5-7 bowl teams are silly but no way you turn down the extra practice time.

Assuming Shafer indeed backed off here, there's no reason for him to do that without good reason. I trust the staff with this one.
