Lester had best get his shiite in order pronto, and someone has to provide competent QB play, because we have a chance to put together a solid year, which should keep recruiting on a nice trajectory.

I'd probably flip NC State and BC. Just based on the QB situation.

Of course, NC State's QB will be out by the time we play them because I'm a big bad voodoo meanie.

Just curious, but how did Pitt wind up 6-7 last year with the #43 ranked offense in FBS and #34 ranked defense in FBS? A Pythagorean expected record would have had to be something like 9 wins, right? Those rankings are better than FSU's.

From these rankings, ACC is an excellent defensive conference and we will be playing last year's defenses ranked #1, 6, 9, 11, 29, 30, 34, 41, 47, 63, and 71. No wonder our offense couldn't get on track!

You have FSU's record as 6-7/4-4 last year too. Either that's wrong or I did a lot of bad drugs and dreamed it differently.

Pitt lost 17 fumbles in the first 4 minutes against GT. 5 minutes into the game it was 28-0. 75% the Pitt fans probably weren't in their seats yet.

They also had a complete dud against Akron.

Other than that, just Pitt being Pitt. Losing close games and finishing 6-6.

They return the QB, Conner and Boyd, bring in a great defensive mind as HC. You'd think they'll be pretty good next year, but they'll figure out a way to 6-6 it.
