Alex has always wanted the love that was given to Derek Jeter. It never happened and it never will. He won't get the love he wants on his farewell tour this year or next. He never got the whole picture between what Derek was and what he is.
He will go to his grave not knowing. I hope he has a long life after heritors and maybe do some good for those who supported him over the years. Schools kids minor league players coming up and looking for advice that doesn't involve HGH. Some team will hire him. Maybe even the Yankees but they will be paying close attention to what he says and does. real close.
