I don't know and I don't know about his partner in crime - the guy who was twisting Dungey's foot around while he was on the ground. The fact that two guys were trying to hurt him tells me the whole thing came from the bench - and I'll bet the coaches who ordered the ":hit" are still there..

Apparently the rules say the game can end on a penalty against the offense if they lose a down, even if, as in this case, it's to their advantage for the game to end.
