imo. Contested every shot, minimized offensive rebound opportunities, created TOs and got back on D. Awesome. And Crean's team looked like they didn't hold a practice all week long. From the first minute to the 40th minute they had no idea what they were doing.

Oklahoma in 2003 was pretty devastating, too. But this one is up there.

I thought we did pretty well against Montana :noidea:. We played great D vs Cal as well but were a bit sloppy on the defensive glass. Last night we corrected the rebounding which was helped by the fact that IU kept working for short shots and therefore short rebounds. We struggle rebounding at times when teams are launching from deep and rebounds are flying 10 feet from the rim.

IU really played into our strengths like they wanted to prove they could beat us at our game. From reading comments, the IU fans thought the same.

I actually thought Indiana looked great on their first two trips down. After that, not at all.

Indiana had small guards. Only had 1 guy who could penetrate. Their big wouldn't shoot the foul line jumper. It was a mess.

Seth Greenburg made a great point, he said IU did a good job of passing, but they weren't moving the zone at all. In order to be successful against the zone you have to move it, and they weren't doing that for most of the game.

38-0 backcourt scoring. That has probably never been done before, by Cuse or any team for that matter, and will probably never be matched again. You might expect that in a Varsity vs JV scrimmage, but not in a Sweet 16 game.

That was as confused as I've ever seen a 1 seed be. So yea, it's gotta rank right up there.
