Just finished this book by Tom O'Neil. Head and shoulders my favorite thing that I have ever read (trying to expand that list).

I knew just about nothing about any of this before I read the book, my only Manson-related content encounter was the small part in Mindhunters. Some of the stuff in here was mind blowing. I guess now the CIA/law enforcement/MKULTRA type stuff fascinates me.

If anyone has any suggestions to keep going down this rabbit hole I would love to hear them. I read Killers of the Flower Moon about the Osage Murders/FBI before this and that was great, too.

Shocker, I love a good conspiracy theory.

Read Soldier by Anthony Herbert about his experiences in the Army and Vietnam in particular and the way he was treated by the Army after being openly concerned about the negatives of how we were operating during that time period. Not really into military stuff but I enjoyed the gist of the book.
