I don't see it. We have a lot of DB's coming in between the last 2 classes. Only way I think we would take him is if coaches are really concerned about some guys qualifying.

Was under the impression Spence would stay at corner, Kelly coming in as a safety and Grimes was also recruited at SS. Also don't forget our mystery recruit completing the Jersey trifecta...I think I heard someone say he could play some corner...

I didn't count Ellison or Prater. One hasn't publicly committed yet and the other isn't qualified, you also have to wonder if there's qualifying issues with any of the above.

Kelly is going to be a S with the potential to grow into an OLB.

Ellison and Prater should count. Most kids that go prep end up qualifying, and Ellison is a formality.

Grimes is an OLB.

Grimes is a OLB. In my opinion daivon ellison will be a nickelback specialist. Like tyrann mathieu. Kinda like the way we used orlando fisher. Wayne morgan has that role right now.

Only one commit at the moment. Keivonnis Davis. The big weekend for the majority of the commits is in January.

Should be a normal college weekend. Highlight is the Saturday St Johns' hoop game (ESPN2). I'd imagine it'll be a good crowd.

Syracuse has always had a big December recruiting weekend and in the past it's centered around the weekend of the football team banquet (dinner/awards) etc. I'm guessing that's what happening on 12/5 - but just a guess.
