Can't really without spoiling. He's just saying we're tougher than the other ACC schools and being in the Northeast will be a strength rather than a weakness. While they're chilling and drinking iced tea down south, we're beefing up, conditioning and being molded into beasts in the Northeast.

I've listened to all but that interview - I think it's 50% getting the players he needs and 50% tempering expectations. Which is smart.

He has been saying for quite some time that it will take time, and not to build expectations too high. Whether or not this is coach-speak, at least he is consistent.
