Monday, Rutgers continued to build their pipeline into New York City in becoming first to offer sophomore Romello Martin, a 6-4, 275-pound defensive lineman from Lincoln (Brooklyn, N.Y.), during an unofficial visit to campus.

In 2014, Martin, who is also being recruited by Penn State and UConn, accumulated 20 solo tackles, seven for loss and one sack.

He'll visit late summer early fall. Not sure if we'll be able to turn his head enough to jump up the list but you never know. Need a kid like this in Orange.

He said he was not going to commit until NLI day. That gives a lot of time for the staff and maybe a few recruits "TD" and a few other kids to work on him some also.
