dont watch much NBA but saw the end of the game last night against Memphis ? A clear goaltend was over turned and allowed to be good? anyone get a better explanation on why it was changed to good?

i guess my eyesite differs. when contact is made the ball moves less than an inch yet when it hits the rim its 2-3 inches inside the cylinder

There's a better angle not in this video that clearly shows the ball outside the cylinder.
