Help - server taking too long to respond

Last week I started to not be able to access this site and this site only. Then this week I turned off my wifi connection on my phone and I was able to get right on.

I'm thinking that my router is blocking the site so I went into my router settings and there is nothing blocked.

Syracusefan.com is the only website that I cannot access. I've tried on my laptop, desktop, iPhone, Firefox, chrome & Internet explorer.

The error message that I'm getting is "The server at syracusefan.com is taking too long to respond."

This just started happening last week and I haven't changed anything.

Can someone help??
