Look at the bracket matrix - 74 of 78 contributors would have them in as of today. It's not just Lunardi.

Clemson had a fairly good OOC. They had 3 top 50 victories including South Carolina on the road (UNC Wilmington and Georgia at home). UNC Wilmington is a very good team this year. They have also beat Wake Forest on the road, another top 50 RPI team.

Most of the ACC losses to date are due to a tough schedule. So before tonight using the principle that 68 teams have to get in, they probably would be in before today. Expect them to drop off alot of brackets after losing a home game to another borderline team.

They are top 50 in power rankings and rpi, and projected to stay top 50 in rpi.

A top 50 win is a good win. I meant very good in the context of a CAA team. But agreed they are just a good team.

Who have they beat. Doesn't really matter. Not ducking your question. It would be deemed a quality win whether they are using a top 50 under rpi or a more modern measure .
