I'd like to see:
1. An offense that is unpredictable and is at least 50% - 50% pass - run
2. Significant changes on defense because what they have been doing has been an abject failure

I'd add one more thing:

I'd like to see the coaching staff at least appear to learn and adapt from earlier mistakes. I can handle the blown calls, blown non-calls and the inability to have a good feel of what this team can/cannot do. What I can't accept is a coaching staff that appears to be stuck in neutral and not getting better when it comes to game management.

Come to think of it, I guess I want to see the players grow too, especially on both lines. That is where we lose these games, not the skill positions.
