Marrone strikes me as the kind of guy who takes himself very seriously. I mean, he coaches grown men who play a game for a living. Lighten up.

Everyone has a different method to supervising-coaching. I won't knock his because it worked at Cuse and turned around the program. Winning changes everything. If he wins at Buffalo they will sing his praises for being a tool like Belichick. And boy do I hope for that day the Bills start winning again.

Spill never heard about the comment until Gotlieb asked him about it Friday afternoon. Spiller's was fine and game with the new game plan Gotlieb also asked him about the intense hitting and how it compared to other camps,Spiller took the P.C. route and was non-committal about it, so Doug took it as not being all too happy about it
