Syracuse Class of 2015 Eager to Build Chemistry (cityofbasketballlove.com; Koob)
On Saturday, Burlington N.J. became a makeshift home for some future Orange.
Team Final, the EYBL-sponsored AAU team in Philadelphia, hosted a day full of scrimmages at Life Center Academy that included other top EYBL teams in Team Takeover (D.C.), Baltimore Elite and Albany City Rocks (N.Y.).
Three of those squads featured a member of Syracuse’s 2015 recruiting class, including five-star prospect Malachi Richardson (Team Final) and four-stars Franklin Howard (Team Takeover) and Tyler Lydon (Albany City Rocks).
While only two were able to suit up, with Howard playing it safe after knee surgery, the Syracuse class of 2015 were able to take the experience to get some bonding time.

Let’s be honest for a minute, we all love trick-shots.
There are hundreds of YouTube videos of men, women and children of all-ages throwing up trick-shots with basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, and even frisbees. A lot of these videos take a couple shots to make, but once the shot of a life time is made, it’s plastered all over the internet.
Now earlier today, former Syracuse Orange walk-on Nick Resavy pulled off a shot that was pretty much impossible until today. Resavy is no stranger to trick-shots as he released one back in 2010 which featured a handful of shots in a three and a half minute YouTube video...

Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of HoopsHabit’s Rookie of the Year award goes to Victor Oladipo of the Orlando Magic. It’s highly unlikely he walks away with the NBA’s real award but he has our vote this year. Oladipo helped Orlando’s win total increase by three games (not much, but any progress is good progress) and has continuously gotten better as the season progresses. He’s sure to challenge for a starting spot (one he held on to for a majority of the season anyway) next year and has the future of the franchise in his hands.
