Gotta give the staff credit, they continue to clean up in these later classes 2017, 2018 etc every early commit seems to be a high end player. Only downside in a commit like this is that were literally three years away from seeing anyone from that class step on campus.

Pat Skalniak, Midfield, Episcopal School of Dallas (Texas)/Texas Mustangs – Syracuse

After seeing him several times this summer, Skalniak has developed in the last few months, bringing his high-end athleticism into his game more to make him a fast, dodging and shooting midfielder. As a short-stick defender, he shows his speed by being able to glide right alongside just about any opposing midfielder he marks. He is that fast and when you see him put it together on offense, you see flashes of what he could become. He is graceful but extremely agile, very fluid. At Jake Reed’s event, he really shined on the back half and when given the chance to bring the ball up the field.
