Congrats to the Blues on winning this London Derby over Palace 1-0 and clinching yet another Prem title for the Special One. Hazard has clearly elevated his stature in the game to world-class, one rung below the Messis and Ronaldos. Such a calming presence when he's out there. And it should not go unnoticed that they ascended back to the throne with Drogba in the squad. Letting him go after beating Bayern was definitely a bad omen and thankfully it's been reversed. Terry is ageless for the moment, and if he can keep up his form this should be a pretty easy defense in 2016.

Teams are going to get better in the off-season. Chelsea needs to get better, too. No such thing as a sure thing in the Premier League, with a 38 game season and the possibility of injuries. But who thought Chelsea could see it through without Diego Costa for the last couple months of the season?

Liverpool need a couple class players - a quality striker and a holding defensive midfielder, probably another defender, too, since it sounds like Kolo Toure wants out. Spurs are getting better, but could use a play-maker and another striker to spell Harry Kane (if they're not going to play Adebayor). City needs to move out Yaya Toure who looks past his prime, but they will pose a big challenge next year. United seem to be coming together, but they need to make a lot of changes to their squad, too, in the off-season - move out Falcao and Van Persie, bring in a couple more defenders. Arsenal have their best finish in 10 years (2nd place) in their hands, but still need a central midfielder and a holding midfielder, and probably a new physio, since their guys seem to be the most frequently injured every year.

Chelsea reportedly looking at Griezmann for midfield, Lacazette for striker, Varane in central defense, an English fullback and a back-up goalkeeper so that Cech may leave. Going to be a busy off season, with so much more money now available to all the teams in the Premier League.
