2 WRs were scatches and dnp , 2 dbs had to play wr hence drops and wrong routes . Still me missed his share of throws , that's the toughest d he will ever see as no college has 11 all Americans on D ! At least cuse got mentioned time and time again all summer long and today thanks to TD. Happy New Years!!

Watching the replay on ESPN3 (streaming). DeVito's OL is slllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Especially that right tackle. He's been beat on damn near every pass play. OL is good in the run, though. DeVito made some good throws; WRs hands seemingly made of "Land O' Lakes".

Best thing as it may keep other schools away!

In DeVito's second series, the first two passes were catchable. Actually pretty good throws.

He had some drops and he missed a few throws. Hard to get into a rhythm when you are being rotated out and your already having timing and cohesion issues with your receivers. 4 days of practice will do that. The other QB Mond made a lot of plays with his feet. That allowed him to move the ball better. This should fuel Tommy even more. Now he knows how hard he needs to work to compete against ACC opponents.

I think we should look at all the qb stats, they all struggled and got very little time. was it windy since the qbs all seemed to have issues with accuracy?

TD had one scramble that showed he has pretty good speed.

My biggest takeaway was that DeVito's OL kinda sucked in pass protection.

I haven't watched a ton of these high school all star games, but this kind of shows how offensive linemen take a few years to learn technique and scheme, while sometimes defensive ends can see early action on the field based on pure athleticism.

anyone understand why the clock was randomly running at the end? were they trying to finish by a set time? it wasnt running the whole fourth quarter but it did down the stretch even between teams punting. Some time outs it stopped and others not.

Washington state just offered him and he said no thank you , they stressed he could start early , that's the one thing that could sway a player but he didn't take the bait

Even if their HC is a lunatic ;-)

BTW, he'd more than likely would have to RS at Wash St also since Luke is coming back for senior year.

Potential impact player at the most important position in the game.

Syracuse the way it used to be.

Just give him 5 let him do his thing.

The HC is definitely a lunatic but he knows offense and he knows gun slingers. Just another promising sign that we do have a gem;)

It'll be kind of interesting to see what number he chooses. Not important, but interesting.
