Class of 2017 SG Chris Duarte (NY) to Oregon

6'5" 175 from Troy, still young. I can't find video on him, but he's attracting mid major attention and is listed as a four star some places. Watching him in high school, he strikes me as a solid combo guard. He can play in the ACC for someone I would think, and will be playing for the New York Lightning in AAU.

When I started this thread I thought there was no way we would get involved. I was thinking he was taylor made for the V.Tech, G. Tech, Wake Forests of the world. Shows you where our options are right now.

Not as strong. Was rated as a four star last year, but he got hurt before he went prep so I guess that is similar. He's more of a 2 than anything.

Combo guard, much like Ayala. Gives us another option if things get slow played with Ayala's reclassification process.
