Slightly OT - Blue Chips was on last night

I didn't know until halfway through and missed the Boeheim part. This stuff usually gets posted, looks like we all dropped the ball

I saw it in the listing and tried to watch it but for some reason my cable box on one of my TVs scrambles random channels from time to time and this was one that got scrambled yesterday. Watched Tin Cup instead since the Golf Channel was working.

I still don't get why Bob Hurley was playing for Indiana. That was a little weird. Its a good cheesy movie. I love the fact Bob Cousy made like 50 FTs in a row at his age during shooting that movie in the scene he was shooting FTs.

Blue Chips is one of those terrible movies that I absolutely love.

How Boeheim never got any serious consideration for Best Supporting Actor for his nasally "too many bad shots" line re: Butch McRae is a travesty.

Have seen the movie about 100 times, can't wait to watch it another 100 in the next 5 years. That and He Got Game.

The Academy is so biased. Jim dominated that movie like Jack did in a few good men. Both robbed.

J.T. Walsh = extremely underrated actor. It's a shame he died.
