StubHub

seems like something to take to judge wopner. pretty cut and dry done deal when its done a month out.. do they do the same for SB tickets if demand goes crazy?

Can buyers get money back if a star is out for a game and ticket prices plummet?

in reviewing the stubhub policy they should just replace the tickets at the new price for the buyer and charge the seller the cost.. it says they can exceed the 20% "StubHub reserves the right in its sole discretion to charge your payment method the full amount of the replacement costs StubHub incurs under the FanProtectTM Guarantee (including costs in excess of 20% of the ticket price)."

done. the seller wont back out now probably and the buyer gets protected.

Sounds good. The seller is kind of stupid to not think ahead anyway. At least wait until about a month before the season ends to put them on Stubhub. Then again, why worry about that when you have the safety net of Stubhub's stupid policies.

Since the buyer paid for the tickets isn't he the new owner and if they're taken away isn't that theft? The seller should be criminally charged with StubHub charged as accomplices.
