Army head coach Dave Magarity: "We've faced that kind of defense probably never."

Magarity said Syracuse executed perfectly at face-guarding Minato and stopping her from getting comfortable.

Magarity said Army's inability to score stopped it from pressing on defense, which is something that hadn't happened this season.

Magarity on Peterson: "She's one of the best point guards I've seen in a long time."

Magarity: "There's a reason why they're top 15 in the country."

Magarity: "(Syracuse) changed their look two or three times in the first five minutes."

Magarity: "Halftime couldn't have come quicker ... They seemed shell-shocked."

Magarity: "I didn't realize how quick (Syracuse) was. After watching tape this week, I had a bad taste in my mouth."
