and an even worst team based on their current recruiting struggles. But hey, not worries, they just brought in a 4-star unknown QB who apparently is better than the Weigers - the legitimate 4 star QB recruit they lost.

Would you ever hire somebody that you knew was better able to do your job that you were? That's pretty close to career suicide. It just won't work.

Fridge is a guy with some of if not "all" the answers. His resume is impeccable. He was unfairly run out of Maryland so they could hire Randy Edsall. More of Debbie Yow's stupidity.

But now Flood has a guy working for him that everybody in the world knows is better qualified to have the HC job than he is.

So if Fridge is successful it helps Flood in the short term, but it also makes him a candidate for his job. This ain't gonna work. But they are, once again, desperate in New Brunswick.

kid was about as known as yukon cornelious then the day after he gets a offer from joisey state he is a 4 star -shows the sham that is the ranking system - kid had no other d1 offers and is a 4 star (he only had 2 1aa offers also)

ummmm it takes quite a bit of time to go thru as many resume's as flood had too- all the great ones have to sift thru thousands of applications -just ask saban
