There is a contextweb tag causing the site to drastically slow down

Took a look at the site in firebug and the calls to contextweb is timing out. I assume context web is being used to deliver the ads?

Posted this yesterday in the thread below this one. This morning, it seemed it was fixed. now, not so much. Very frustrating.
