Well, keeping things real, this is nothing new. Last year UNC did the same thing to us on the boards as do other quality teams that simply out hustle and out will us. In many instances, it really is wash, rinse and repeat. It's so extremely frustrating.

They need to start Roberson... PERIOD... TT should be filling in for 5-10 min a game max. They won't be good on the boards but they'll be better and not start in a 2-12 hole.

size has nothing to do with the defensive rebounding issues that have plagued this program for eternity. Its the complete and utter lack of physical compete level. Tyrion Lannister could get some O'boards on this team because they simple allow you to go wherever you want under the hoop.

Baylor could whoop UNC, imo. They play with some attitude inside and play 2-3 zone, exclusively. UNC doesn't even execute that well against us. We just have no physical guys or attitiude inside.

So true. Simply a bad match-up for us. Team shot 44% from the field and 42% from the 3. Very decent. Too many bigs on NC. Just like last year when we lost to them 3 times. If we play like we did tonight, with fewer dumb turnovers and a little better shot selection (Gillon) we have a legitimate shot at Notre Dame.
