People who've "LIED" about Tomaselli: Bernie Fine, DA Fitzgerald, Colonel Tomaselli(father), Grandma Tomaselli, His former HS best friend, Numerous P-S reporters, HS Attendance teacher, HS record-keepers, Facebook posters, P-S posters, ESPN message board posters, Jason Whitlock, His abuse victim, His local PD, Syracuse PD, State of Maine judicial system, etc etc.......to be continued.....
Just being skeptical is naive! I would not believe this kid if I just asked him his name. There are people that cannot speak without lying, he is surely one of them!!
since we have been reading all his lies and the Feds supposedly used his claims to get their search warrants, will this or does it effect any evidence they may have found during their searches and how they are handling the investigation now?
Is there a possibility that the Feds or some law enforcement agency etc charge him with something like obstruction of justice? Just wondering.
http://www.syracuse.com/news/index.ssf/2012/02/zach_tomaselli_says_he_faked_b.html Headline of article: Zach Tomaselli says he faked Bernie Fine order of protection SYRACUSE -- Zach Tomaselli said Monday night he sent reporters a fabricated document purporting to be an order of protection against former Syracuse University coach Bernie Fine.Tomaselli, 23, of Lewiston, Maine, told The Post-Standard in a phone interview Monday that he'd concocted the order he claimed he'd obtained from a judge in Maine. In the document, he accused Fine of harassing him with phone calls over the past week."I fabricated that document," Tomaselli said shortly before 8 p.m., just a few hours after he'd sent the document to reporters with multiple news organizations. "It's all fake."Earlier today, Tomaselli said a television news crew had accompanied him to court when he obtained the order."I staged it because I thought it would help me," he said. "It's not working. I'm just getting nasty feedback." He said he was upset by the reaction the story was getting from people writing on Syracuse.com's forum.not sure on rules of posting articles and excerpts on this forum, but this was on 02/06 a day after the news to him getting the order were released that's what I was referring to at least, if he said the PS made that up then maybe they did, but I for one am not gonna take what Tomaselli says as truth, actually the opposite.
This seems to me like it is all an elaborate ruse on Tomaselli's part (for some unkown reason) to discredit the Post-Standard. He tells them one thing, and then goes crying to another media outlet claiming that he never said those things, and that the Post-Standard is just making these things up out of the blue. He is truly a deranged individual.
He filed the order, that was the point, he didn't fabricate the thing. It was on Maine TV that night. I know he jerked with the PS, that's another topic but even now the PS says the have verified that he did in fact file the order.
the kid is really weird. rather than waiting for a copy of the official document, he mocked one up and sent a fabricated document to back up his story. which, in the end, only discredits him further even though the order is real. Real, though relatively meaningless. so the upshot of the last 48 hours is that ZT fabricated a copy of a real order that is essentially meaningless.
Wow I didn't realize that! This kid is in need of serious help, he is going to hurt himself either legally or physically before this all said and done, It's more sad than anything at this point now.
March 6th is the big day for Zach. Per the Lewiston, ME newspaper: http://www.sunjournal.com/news/city...ccuser-files-temporary-protection-ord/1151540 On March 6 Zach goes to court to make the protection order permanent. Will ZT still be a free man at that point? Or will he have to make his court appearance in shackles exhibiting a "wide stance"?
the kid is strange, but let's not give him the benefit of the doubt that he is off his rocker so he avoids jail time. he is just a pathological liar that knows other will start to think he is crazy with each additional stunt he pulls. he deserves to be in jail, not a mental institution.
