When will the team be "set"?

In other words, when will recruiting for next season be done so we know what the team will look like? If I have the dates correct, the LOI date has passed with no new signings (freshman). What about 5th year guys. Is there a deadline for them to commit? So far the team has 8 so there is hardly any wiggle room for injuries and not much for poor performance.
