Heres another after he visited Gtown Aug 6 this year. I believe this was his second trip to Gtown this year. I know he also took one last year

Isaiah Stewart visits Georgetown, planning to cut list soon | Zagsblog
For those in the know tge Gtown connection is between Cole Anthony and Isaiah Stewart. In the back in forth this morning i posted a few articles where Zay said he "33 wears because of Pat Ewing. In the U17 Olympics Cole Anthony and Zay said they would love to play together in college for a year. If you really want to dig you can find the clip on You tube.

The thing is Cole Anthony refers to Patrick Ewing as "Uncle Pat" as his father Greg is extremely close to Patrick. Thats why Cole has Gtown in his top 3. The crazy look at recruits/boosters on the Gtown blog pages have quietly talking about the possibility of getting them both. I think its a 10% possibility however both have Gtown in final four. For the record losing Zay to Gtown would be worse then enduring that ND beat down of my Orange 3 werks ago. Soci pray he goes to Washington or Mich st if not us and by no means Gtown, Duke or Kentucky in that order

Just to bring context to the Ewing thing. Patrick finished his playing career in 2002. Stewart was approximately one year old ( couldn’t find his birthdate) at that time and he didn’t take an official to Georgetown so not sure what Ewing has to do with the recruitment at this point.
Just to button it up here is the presser from Cole Anthony's visit. In the Gtown "in the know" group this has been gaining steam. Some thought Zay would visit with Cole. Again i give it a 10% chance that both go to Gtown and only 20% that Zay does but just putting this on here so you can read it for yourself.

Not sure how Georgetown would be the choice for Stewart when they didn’t get one of his 5 OVs.

This was Stewart's top 10...at this time he had Georgetown in it.

then he made a top 6 and Georgetown was ELIMINATED from his list of schools he was considering.

After he made this list he cut nova and Indiana but added kentucky. His final 5 schools hes considering are Syracuse/Washington/MSU/Duke/Kentucky.

Can we now stop talking about Georgetown being a factor in stews recruitment seeing as though they are no longer being considered even if Cole anthony goes there!

Well then, again, you should know that Georgetown has been out of contention for some time.
Honestly i just hope WE are in contention!!! Recruiting is like picking up women in a bar. 20 minutes to closing and you know who your top 3 options are AND you have already decided who you want to leave with. The other two aren't really in contention but rather just fall backs. I hope Syracuse isnt a fallback

Is it just me or does Michigan St seem like a poor fit for Stewart, in terms of personnel? They'll have Nick Ward coming back as one of the best bigs in the country, Xavier Tillman is a very good big off the bench, and another top 70 recruit big Marcus Bingham waiting in the wings. Plus a cpl small-ball 4 options. We saw this with them last year with Jaren Jackson trying to fit with Ward, Bridges played out of position, and Schilling Goins and Tillman all got time off the bench up front. Jackson was crazy talented and got drafted high in spite of this, but all the NBA scouts commented on how bad of a situation it was and how it was making him look worse than he was. And the team massively underachieved because of the antiquated lineup - we all know how that season ended for them ... I'm hoping Stewart appreciates this issue

That post will endear you to many on this board. And I surprised that a post using a word like arse or What or shat will get it booted before yours.

Lots of players and teams look bad against Zone. Remember Harden? Especially in a one game format. Jackson is playing well in the NBA. Had a 36-pt game late Nov. I think his bruiser style fits in well for them. We don’t really put bodies on people/block out but rather “go get the ball” as JB says. Bridges is/was a positionless kind of player, IMO, which is a good look these days. He’s getting 20-something MPG in Charlotte. I don’t know. Maybe Stewart just wants to play with a potentially better lineup.
