Most of the coaches I listed fall under the Joe Novak Coaching tree Northern Illinois Head Coach from 1996-2007. With Shafer, McDonald, DeAndre Smith together I figured I would stay within that tree as a educated guess.
Here are the names that I have as possibilities for OL coach:
A.J. Ricker - Western Michigan http://www.wmubroncos.com/ViewArticle.dbml?ATCLID=924509
Mike Bloomgren - Stanford http://www.gostanford.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/mike_bloomgren_748662.html

$$$ programs. I do think Syracuse has a good one as well, didn't really see us being pushed around at all. Of course equipment only goes so far as the strength coach has to have a plan and the kids have to buy into it.
Definitely see him staying on offense as I think his speed would be more valuable there especially with the style of offense we want. I also think it's a position of need as Stevens is a SR. leaving us with Wales as the only TE with experience Thompson and Parris were RS.
