I am an alum of Bergen Catholic. I like Nunzio very much and think he would be great to keep at Syracuse. But the best players on each Bergen Catholic and Don Bosco this year are committed to Georgia currently, both recruited by Fran Brown.

I agree. It's odd how much JB blindly supports certain players. You would think with limited time left coaching, he should be bailing on a player like Girard when it clearly isn't working.

Ed Cooley is a local from Providence and extremely connected to the school. This is also a school with good proximity to some recruiting hotbeds, good facilities, and overall pretty low pressure and expectations. Seems like the perfect gig for him. Why would he ever leave?

I think the question was to rank the job of basketball coach at Syracuse, not necessarily rank the program historically. Two different things, in my opinion.

the 3 games after miami he played 2 min, 1 min, and 1 min. If you call those real opportunities I don't know what to tell you. I think JB is a really great coach, but he is extremely stubborn with his bench. He always has been, this is nothing new.

No body knows for sure, including JB. But IMO this is really pretty simple. Lets look at the game logs for Jesse Edwards... Jesse did not play more than 6 minutes in any of the first 10 games, other than the Miami game in a huge blowout. His first game with more than 6 minutes (other than...

10 and 11 seeds make it fun as an underdog for us fans. But that is not where SYracuse should be multiple years in a row.

I love JB but c'mon. Some slight march success aside, this program has struggled since 2014.
