Most simple formulas don't figure that because there really is no way to calculate acceleration because nobody really knows and it would differ greatly. I did read where the worst predictor of speed is the 40 yard time. The 100m is the best indicator, kids that have fast 40 times can vary...

Understood, those calculations are using average speed over the distance run with the timed distance.

You don't need science at all, he ran track in HS just look up the times he ran officially. Its not hard, there are actual officially timed results out there.

Why would that be do you think? 1 you have no idea what conditioning plan he is or anyone on the team is on 2 you have no idea whether the added weight is muscle or fat 3 you have no idea where the added weight being muscle or fat has been added to on his body I think that about sums it up.
