We don’t know that this is what happened. It sounds like a miscommunication. Alford is free to move on, and Fran is allowed to dismiss him ahead of spring ball if he’s going to transfer anyway. Nobody needs to be the bad guy here.

I mean, he was dismissed. He is staying the rest of the semester so he can graduate. However, he isn't going to participate in team workouts or spring ball. It may sound harsh, but dismissal is a fair characterization.

Yep. Tonight. This is a Q3 win; we need to blow these people out or we are never going to move up in the rankings with the metrics that matter. Instead, we turned what should have been a 20 point win into a 12 point win.

They were both jogging, and Clark did a slow 360 and then fell into the fetal position. We then found out that she wasn't injured. She was clearly--at least in part--pouting because Iowa lost. Also, nobody was "run over." They ran into each other; this is not the end of the world.

Nice! He'll be nice depth on a defensive line that we're revamping. He's young and could easily become a role player in a few years.

One caveat. I think that Marrone would have been able to get us to a higher level than Babers if he stuck around. I don't think it was too big for him. Making us an 8 win program a couple years after GRob was a feat. Otherwise, good write-up.
