Got a message from my former teammate/coach of my alma mater. The regional is going to be run on the roads. The course is not runnable. This will really change the dynamic of event. Not sure I have ever seen or heard of this being done before.

Great race by Justyn! Just couldn't sustain the late push. Our 5-7 had a tough go late which was the difference. Former Victor standout and Orangeman MJ Erb finished 6th. We could have used that today. Still another podium finish. Nicely done boys!

Germano's monster 2k was instrumental for the team. Great event to take in live and an amazing result to kick off an amazing weekend for Cuse Olympic sports. Hats off to the team and Coach Fox for the arduous and long lonely hours required of distance runners.
