2025 All-ACC Men’s Lacrosse Team and Award Winners Announced

Notre Dame claimed three season awards and led all schools with six all-conference honorees as the 2025 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Lacrosse Season Awards and All-ACC Team were announced Tuesday.

Really wish they would just do this like any other All American list, and create a full team. Make it mean something.

Matt Jeffery as Freshman of the Year has to be the least inspiring award winner in some time. A reflection of how down this year's freshmen have been on the whole. I mean, Payton Anderson outscored him this season and no one would clamor for him to be "Freshman of the Year". Just seven points for Jeffery! That is crazy.

Chase Ceullucci has been starting for UNC on defense all year and put up pretty good numbers (26 gbs, 17 CTs). Give it to him if your going to give it to anyone.

Congrats to McCool, that is quite the honor given the competition.

Jeffery is an odd case, since he often felt like ND's main party starter off the dodge, despite the lack of points. Would often get the defense rotating. Kind of reminded me of the role Riley Gray had for them in years previous. Would have still gone with Cellucci, but Jeffery's points do not tell the whole story. He will be a problem to deal with going forward.

Could have been different if Hiltz Petro and Duffy were at 100% health, but Joey was tied with Chris Kav for most points in ACC play with 16.
