According to someone I just talked to the city is already swamped with visitors. Between the nice weather, the basketball and the parade, everything is going to be standing room only.

Park your car and bring your walking shoes. According to this article, the Pittsburgh parade is second largest in the country.

I've thought about driving down Saturday morning as long as we make it but this may make it very difficult especially since I have no idea about Pittsburgh.
