There's alot more wrong with the Colts than not having Peyton Manning. Even wanting Andrew Luck doesn't explain this. They don't need to lose by 55 points to get him.

They started slipping last year.
At one point they were 6-6 and had to win their last four games to sneak in as a wild card and lose to the Jets.
They won those last 4 by a combined 20 points against weak competition.
It was trending bad even with Peyton.

They've whiffed on like 5 or 6 straight draft classes in terms of impact players. You need to build depth through the draft and they haven't done it.

The more I see this team, the more I wonder if even with Peyton they would have won 8 or 9 games.
