We have been in talks for a long time -- including conference scare 2k10.

Kudos to the Dr. Gross and company, who kept this under wraps and had an air of quiet confidence during this entire mess.

I feel a lot better about this than I did a few days ago, and even this morning. I am about 99% sure this is a done deal.
