wait one second. they still have to get from the airport to the Dome. I have heard that Carolina teams have trouble going 8 miles.

Even if Duke had left early in the day to go to Chapel Hill, they wouldn't have made it back to Durham after the game. Freezing rain and ice are no joke anywhere but when you don't have the ability to take care of it, forget it.

I doubt there is a rule on when the team arrives. Think about all the smaller D1 schools that take a bus everywhere, I'm sure there are delays often.

I'm in Long Beach for work and the Cal-Poly team was here in the hotel last night for their game later tonight and the UC Santa Barbara team was here on Wednesday for their Thursday night game.

Seriously, do these kids ever get the chance to pretend to go to class?
