I hate the Big Ten. It is easily the biggest money-whore in college sports history, all the while preaching at the rest of us.

Any settlements will come from insurance policies unless Ohio self-insures their agencies. Either way, it won't come from the AD budget.

I’m interested in Kirk Herbstreits take on this. He graduated in 1992 so he has to have some first-hand knowledge of the situation.
