In the first 29 Super Bowls, 9 of them were won by single digits and 9 by 20+ points. Even in some of the relatively close ones one team seemed to be in control most of the time, (such as the two Dolphins-Redskins games). In the last 18 Super Bowls, 10 of them have been won by single digit and 2 by 20+ points. And most of the other games were competitive throughout, (Packers-Patriots and Saints-Colts were both won by 14 points but were competitive, back and forth games).

This one looked like one of those old-fashioned blow-outs until the black-out and then became a super Super Bowl.

Another game where refs may have determined the outcome.

i agree- dont care for either team but how do you not make that pi call.

Interesting that none of the commentators after the game on either CBS or ESPN even mentioned the obvious holding call. NFL money talking big time there. Everybody and their mother will be talking about it tomorrow.
